Has my order shipped?
  Go to "My Account" and click the "Review Orders" to check your orders status.
How do I make changes or cancel my order?
  Please call the wholesale customer service at (310) 320-8881.
How do I track my order?
  Go to the "My Account" page and click the "Review Orders" link to track your order.
My order never arrived.
  Go to the "My Account" page and click the "Review orders/ track packages" to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered" and have not received your order, please contact the wholesale customer service for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Go to the "My Account" page and click the "Review orders / track packages" link to check what you have ordered. If you still feel that there is an item missing, please contact the wholesale customer service or call (310) 320-8881.
My product is missing parts.
  Please contact the wholesale customer service or call (310) 320-8881.
When will my backorder arrive?
  We will ship the back ordered item(s) as soon as we have supplies back in stock.
